I don't believe you can get Sky Atlantic with any other provider. Probably the only decent channel on there.

I can now get sky fibre broadband, but virgin tell me their broadband is unbeatable at 152 somethings

You're not short of a few bob Jonesy, are you?

The only people at work that had Virgin also had Android phones.

JONESY - you won't notice any difference between the fibre offerings.

Virgin have the worst installation and customer services I have ever dealt with. Avoid them like the plague

If you really want to stay with sky, the cheapest way to get BT sports is to switch your broadband to BT (you get BTS for free).

You will only get it on one box though. If you want it on multiroom you have to pay extra.

We have basic SKY Family HD pacakage... £30-00 a month... backed it up with a Android box that I get all the Sport and films FOC... saves me a good £600 a year

woodford....

I only get bt sport on my main box now. I don't get it on my multiroom boxes, which winds me up.

Re: sky tv or virgin media???
BT Infinity for B'Band.... it's great for Downlaods and Streaming but I shall be moving once my contract is up... far far too expensive

On The Ball 2:25 Tue Mar 31
Re: sky tv or virgin media???
Virgin was faster for me, but it cost more and I was always on the phone to them as it had dropped out completely. Sky is slower, but cheaper and (for me anyway) hassle-free.

The thing with this discussion (the broadband aspect anyway) is that it's a bit like the bank one - Person A will say that HSBC are a nightmare, Person B will say they're great - it all depends on what you've experienced.
